The Customer Experience Philippines is a website that was designed to help improve the quality of customer service in the country and to provide useful tips and tools to users. We allow you to share stories with us on your own experiences so we can help the community through feature write-ups.

Guidelines on submitting stories to us:
  1. You can either praise a company, offer constructive criticism, or offer tips and advice regarding a process. Please keep your language clean and free of profanities. Please do not make any libellous comments or unfounded claims, and do not plagiarize content from other sources.
  2. Once you submit your stories, our editorial team shall review and edit your post upon submission. Only then will be publish your stories online, along with a comment on our view of the situation, and how we would have handled it ourselves.
  3. TCEP reserves the right to choose which articles to be published, depending on content and relevance.
  4. By submitting an article, you recognize that TCEP shall have complete ownership and rights to use, publish, display in any form, online and offline, without need for any notice, payment, attribution or royalties to you. However, we shall not use your name and credentials without any permission.
